Meat Cupcakes...ewwwww?

A Little Birdie Told Me about this recipe. I realize "Meat Cupcakes" sounds very scary, but trust me they are so tastey and easy. They are certainly husband approved. Here is a shot of mine as proof! Nevermind the fact that he looks ridiculous...


What You'll Need:
3/4 Lb Ground Beef
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
Chopped Onion (as much as you like)
1/2 C Ketchup
1 T Mustard
2 T Brown Sugar
1 Can Biscuits
1/4 C Shredded Cheese

Let's Get Cookin':
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brown beef with garlic and onion. Season mixture with salt and pepper and drain.

In a small bowl mix ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar to make barbecue sauce. Add the sauce to the beef.

Seperate dough into biscuits and push into muffin tins forming a cup. Spoon in meat mixture and bake for 10 minutes or until biscuit dough looks done. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for a few minutes more until the cheese is melted.
